Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy $120One hour session includes initial assessment of your current needs for physical, mental, and emotional comfort. Customized practices for physical, mental and emotional health, and detailed steps for moving towards your goals. These details include nutritional support, meditation guidance and somatic (body) practices that support integration of your body, mind and spirit.

Empowered Realignment $85Guided by informed intuition (as a Reiki Master, Psychic, medium, and trained therapeutic bodyworker), this one hour session removes energy blocks and restores feelings of peace and vitality. Empowered Realignment is a hands on practice that may include such modalities as: Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and integrated positional therapy. These healing modalities are integrated into the session according to the most present desires and needs of your whole being.

Raindrop Aromatherapy Bodywork $85This powerful process, utilizes the nurturing support of therapeutic grade essential oils and adds gentle therapeutic touch and energy healing. Therapeutic Grade essential oils are applied to your spine in a specific order to facilitate and release and revitalization. As the oils are soaking into your skin, receive healing energy (including Reiki).
