This light touch massage gently unwinds the connective tissue that causes pain and restriction. Myofascial release is a very slow paced, light pressure massage that is ideal for stress reduction, pain relief, and for people who do not tolerate deep pressure. Sessions may include cranio-sacral therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. Due to the progressive nature of this bodywork, 3 sessions are the minimum recommendation. These sessions can be done over 3-6 weeks.
