Yoga Nidra is the Yoga of sleep. This simple, profound technique brings deep relaxation to your body and declutters the mind. You awake from the embodied meditation feeling peacefully rejuvenated. This ancient, powerful process connects you to your deepest self and the source of your creation; allowing you to experience your natural state of harmonious bliss.

The full moon on May 12th offers an opportunity to receive the gifts of shadow work, embracing ALL parts of yourself. I will guide you through a meditation for self-acceptance and self love accompanied by the transcendent healing vibration of the crystal chakra bowls.

Your health and overall wellbeing begins and ends with your breath. In this beginner-friendly series, you’ll be introduced to all the muscles involved in breathing (it’s much more than just your diaphragm!) through gentle movement, mindful posture, and expertly guided instruction.

You’ll deepen your awareness of how posture affects your breath, explore the powerful link between breath and mind, and build a lasting sense of vitality and resilience. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary—just the ability to get up from a chair without assistance.

The skills you learn will stay with you long after the series ends, offering practical tools you can return to anytime for greater ease, energy, and wellbeing


Global Meditation for Peace and Healing

Within this circle, we place those who are suffering—seeing them free from suffering. We hold space for the hungry, injured, oppressed, and lost, envisioning them as nourished, whole, liberated, and found. For 15 minutes, we surround all life with unconditional love.
